There will be no fees charged for cancellations made before the 7-day deadline.
If you cancel within the allowed period (up to 7 days before check-in), we will process a full refund within 2 working days. Refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
All reservations follow our standard cancellation policy. We do not offer non-refundable rates or promotions.
We currently do not allow modifications to bookings, such as changing dates. If you need to make changes, you will need to cancel your existing booking (if within the allowed period) and make a new reservation.
